You are bidding on a 1 week [7 days] stay in a 1 bedroom at Vidanta Grand Mayan Resort in Los Cabos, Mex.
Unit has 1 bedroom, plus the living  room has a pullout sofa, thus it sleeps up the 4 adults. Unit has a kitchen also.
How this works. I 'm an owner in Vidanta Resorts in Mexico. You buy a week of your choosing except Xmas / New Years / Easter / Holy Week. I call and pay 50.00 for the week, put the reservation in your name. There is a 3 to 4 dollar a night hospitality charge that you'll have to pay.
NOTE WELL: Check is Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday only at 5.00 p.m. Expect the Resort to try and get you to go to a presentation, to get you to buy! You are obligated to attend.

Best way to get to the resort is to book a shuttle from the airport on Transcabo for I believe .00 per person, this what I do. I don't rent a car in Cabo, I use the local buses. When I'm at the resort I walk to a big market about 20-25 minutes away for food and drink. You can ride the local Urban buses for about 75cents. The small town of San Jose del Cabo is a 25 - 30 minute walk with lots of places to eat. The resort itself has a restaurant and I believe some sort of night club.
The better known town of Cabo San Lucas is 20-25 miles away.
