    Unique one of a kind item a piece of original pen and ink art from the Washington Times in 1908 by artist K L Russell commenting on US Postmaster General Meyer removing portraits of his predecessors
    8 inches square ink on thin art board- any questions email me -it came in a lot of cartoon art from that era - kept the rest this is outside my normal interests.
