Antique Billiard Pool Table Light.
Completely restored Billiard/Pool Table light. Two font model. Tin shade was restored and painted appropriately. As you can see, the shade needed a great deal to restore it! Some fiberglass compound was applied to address ‘tinning’ and dents, but the result is fantastic! Missing one thumb screw for shade/downrod but a brass bolt replacement should be out there! Fonts are period but did not come with the light. Regarding the original stencil, the shade and font holder were purchased separately and I found the cast iron font holder at another time. As it wasn’t identified as a BBC font holder I decided not to replicate the BBC stencil on the shade. It is a 1880’s period light and would complement any antique table!
These almost NEVER come available! It could be converted to electric or purchase the requisite burners to retain its original state. Still requires a downrod, ceiling escutcheon and ceiling mounting bracket.
