From our dramatic circular porte cochère to our wrought iron terraces and soothing neutral colors, Club de Soléil brings the elegance of the French-Mediterranean to Las Vegas. Designated a Silver Crown Resort by RCI, amenities include a resort-style pool and spa, tennis court, putting green, and exercise facility.
RESORT AMENITIES
You’ll enjoy numerous convenient amenities on your visit to our sunny French-Mediterranean resort, where spacious guest suites are stylishly furnished and come with a full kitchen or kitchenette.
Around the property, which features a dramatic porte-cochere, awnings, and wrought iron terraces, you’ll find a welcoming clubhouse, two 24-hour fitness centers, two 24-hour heated pools and a two 24-hour hot tubs, tennis court, putt-putt golf, barbecue grills, gift shop, and laundry facilities.
We also provide complimentary shuttle transportation to and from the Strip and a full-service concierge.
Guest suites at both our Club 1 and Club 2 locations are configured into a 340-square foot studio, a 710-square foot one-bedroom, and a 1,050-square foot two-bedroom.
The studio has a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, microwave, sink, coffee pot, and toaster.
The one-bedroom is fully furnished and comes with a fireplace, master bath with dual vanities and a Jacuzzi tub (at Club 2 only), washer-dryer, two flat screen TVs, DVD player, a stereo/iPod dock, and an outdoor balcony. The full kitchen includes a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
The two-bedroom suite combines the studio and one-bedroom and comfortably accommodates six.
You’ll enjoy free Wi-Fi in all guests units, and no matter which one you choose, you’re sure to sleep like royalty. Our condo-style accommodations are outfitted exclusively with king beds.
If you wake up hungry, you can fill up on bagels, fruit, and coffee at our Rise and Shine. It is available from 8 to 10 a.m. in the upper lobby at Club 1 and in room 311 at Club 2.

WHO IS HANDLING THE CLOSING? WHO SHOULD I CONTACT FOR UPDATES?
Resort Closings, Inc. out of Bozeman, Montana is handling the escrow and closing process.
The average closing time (receipt of funds/paperwork to final documents sent to the resort) is 4-6 weeks. Some resorts require ROFR which can delay the closing 15-30 days. If the buyer purchases Title Insurance (when available) it will increase closing time 3-4 weeks, on average. Some resorts and locations may have other closing processes that make the closing time longer. Please email me if you have any questions regarding closing, or if you would like copies of the escrow documents.

Resort Closings accepts secure payments online through its credit card payment portal. There is no reason to give your credit card information over the phone or via email.

Payment must be received within 5 days of receiving the purchase agreement and escrow documents for signature. A non paying bidder dispute will be filed only after 5 days of not receiving payment or your information to draft the purchase documents.
