Holiday Inn Club Vacations
This auction is for a bundle of 3 Holiday Inn Club Vacations (HICV) contracts. These are not HICV trust points, these are deeded units described below.
1.
HICV South Beach - 176,000 HICV points
- Deeded as a 2 bedroom Diamond season every year.
2.
HICV South Beach - 150,000 HICV points
- Deeded as a 2 bedroom Platinum Season
every other year

3.
HICV Lake Geneva - 87,500 HICV points
- Deeded as 7000 Marcus Vacation Points every year.
HICV considers the total anual points as 338,500 points per year due to the EOY contract. These contracts transfer as points in the HICV system and do not revert back to fixed weeks.
HICV is a very flexible program and these contract offer most benefits of the system, like borrowing, saving, or renting points, converting to IHG points, and exchanging points with RCI.
Maintenance Fees:
There is a yearly HICV membership fee of 6 if you are not already a member. It is one fee and covers all deeds under your account, also includes membership to RCI.
176,000 points contract - 2021 Maintenance fees of 61.00
150,000 points contract - 2021 Maintenance fees of 3.01
87,500 points contract - 2021 Maintenance fess of 4.23
Terms:
I am not a broker or agent, these are my personal deeds.
I have already contacted HICV and they will be emailing me paperwork confirming deeds, transfer information, and paperwork.  A 3rd party closing company is also an option and buyer is responsible for all transfer costs. Reimbursement of 2021 maintenance fees paid on the 150,000 contract will be required, this fee was paid in 2021 for 2022 usage year on that contract. No other maintenance fee needs reimbursement. I will update closing fees once I confirm with a reputable 3rd party company.
