    Description

    "DL"  Lot# MP3131 / ACP# 508) "Pacific '97 Triangle  stamp"  It is the first triangular stamp the USPS has ever printed.
    It consists of 16 issues divided into 4 blocks. The "Pacific '97" exposition was held in San Francisco CA.
    Both the horse-drawn stagecoach and the swiftly sailing ship are images of the 19th century transportation.
