Beautiful double unit at Massanutten Ski and Golf Resort. Week 40 (First week of October) If used that week it is the whole unit. Sleeps 12, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 whirlpool tubs, 2 fireplaces, full kitchen. If traded with RCI you get 2 weeks anywhere with great trading power.
Resort has so much to do. Golf course, Skiing, Indoor/Outdoor Water Park, Arcade, Restaurants, Ice Skating, Bike Trails, Mountain Biking, Fishing, 36 Holes of Mini Golf, Go Carts, Snow Tubing, River Rafting, Petting Zoo, Horseback Riding, Numerous Recreational Activities. 1000's of local caves and caverns to explore.
We inherited this time share and have thoroughly enjoyed the times we have spent there. Unfortunately, our kids are getting older now and responsibilities at home are keeping us from travelling the way we used too.
The yearly maintenance fee is about 00.00. It never really waivers from that. We have found that it was well worth it with all that you get at this resort.
