The Townhouse is not Ocean front but has all the same perks. They have a ocean blvd cabana with free daily shuttle or on-site parking at the beach at the beach cabana with shower resting station and small shop.
Week 32 Sat to Sat every year next will be August 6th 2022.
We have been going here since 2001. Kids grown and lifestyle changing. We still own week 31 we just don't need both weeks any longer. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
This will all be handled thru an online closing service no need for local pickup
2021 maintenance fees paid was 7.00. Next Maint. fees due by Feb 1st 2022 Statement will be send out in October 2021.
Total due will be bid amount plus 300$ closing cost. (Example bid 1.00 total cost 1.00)Thats it until next maint fees are due. Then next summer (2022) you will be at the beach tanning and enjoying a few cocktails!
