Centered in the North End of Virginia Beach, Ocean Beach Club is a Key West-inspired oceanfront resort that encompasses nearly two blocks of Atlantic Avenue. A range of accommodations and amenities includes: one- and two- bedroom units, as well as three-bedroom penthouses, most with fully equipped kitchens, whirlpool tubs, and private balconies. Phase I, an 18-story tower, boasts an oceanfront pool and sundeck. Phase 2 is 19 stories tall, and features both an indoor and an outdoor pool. Restaurants, shopping, museums, and championship golf are nearby.

Accommodations
Our spacious suites afford guests both the amenities of home and the luxuries of a five star resort. All units have soft, comfortable bedding with high thread count sheets, comforters, pillows and blankets. Suites have pull out couches in the living area for additional sleeping and a 32” plasma screen TV.
Each suite offers a fully equipped kitchen with all the tools you need to whip up a quick snack or a gourmet meal. Bathrooms offer spacious black granite countertops with dual sinks as well as plush towels and Jacuzzi Tubs. And all oceanfront and ocean view rooms have private balconies where you can enjoy breakfast or drinks with a bird’s eye view of the expansive beach and the breathtaking Atlantic Ocean.

WHO IS HANDLING THE CLOSING? WHO SHOULD I CONTACT FOR UPDATES?
Resort Closings, Inc. out of Bozeman, Montana is handling the escrow and closing process.
The average closing time (receipt of funds/paperwork to final documents sent to the resort) is 4-6 weeks. Some resorts require ROFR which can delay the closing 15-30 days. If the buyer purchases Title Insurance (when available) it will increase closing time 3-4 weeks, on average. Some resorts and locations may have other closing processes that make the closing time longer. Please email me if you have any questions regarding closing, or if you would like copies of the escrow documents.

HOW DO I KNOW MY PAYMENT IS SECURE? HOW DO I KNOW THIS IS LEGITIMATE?

Resort Closings accepts secure payments online through its credit card payment portal. There is no reason to give your credit card information over the phone or via email.

Payment must be received within 5 days of receiving the purchase agreement and escrow documents for signature. A non paying bidder dispute will be filed only after 5 days of not receiving payment or your information to draft the purchase documents.
