This is my one-week timeshare deeded ownership, not points, being sold.  Red Week 22.  OCEAN FRONT with two balconies!  2-bedroom unit, sleeps 6.  The two bedrooms are two units (A&B) side by side, consisting of a one-bedroom unit with furnished kitchen and an efficiency unit with a furnished kitchenette.  Both units are OCEAN FRONT each with its own balcony.  This is an awesome opportunity!  I bought this timeshare on eBay in 2007 for over K.
I still love it and have gone every year.  It is on the desirable north end of the boardwalk.  Week 22 runs from end of May or early June on the Interval International calendar. Diamond Resorts is the management Co, recently purchased this month by Hilton Grand Vacations.  The maintenance fee for this year was 33.00 paid in Dec. 2020.
You will pay the next maintenance fee bill that will come in Dec of 2021.
