I can not date this antique unique price list, but I believe it to be pre 1900. J. E. Lewis was a Philadelphia manufacturer of custom frames and mirrors, a dealer in prints, engravings, music, stationary, fancy goods & c. It seems he also sold stamps. The 16 page catalog contains numerous sets and packets of stamps prepared by the Scott Stamp & Coin Co. of New York. There are also interesting ads for albums, coins, flags and paper money. In very good to excellent complete condition. The pages of this catalog had to be cut by the original owner so there is some edge damage. Unique.
