A two bedroom townhouse with a loft features a queen size bed in each the bedrooms and two twin beds in the loft.  The unit includes a full kitchen, a sleeper sofa and two and a half bathrooms.  The unit is equipped with a whirlpool tub and a washer and dryer. This room has a maximum occupancy of 8 and sleeps 6 privately.

This deeded timeshare ownership is paid in full, maintenance fees are current, and the seller is paying closing costs and ownership transfer fee.
Winning Bid will be invoiced when waiver of ROFR has been received.
A 3% transaction fee will be added to payments made by credit card.
At the end of the auction, we will message you for your contact information.
A purchase agreement and escrow documents will be prepared for the right of first refusal.  Upon notification that the ROFR has been waived, you will be invoiced for the winning bid.   Please note, Holiday Inn Club Vacation Resorts requires a copy of your photo ID, if you cannot furnish this information, please refrain from bidding.
