Winning Bid and closing costs will be invoiced when waiver of ROFR has been received.
A 3% transaction fee will be added to payments made by credit card.
At the end of the auction, we will message you for your contact information.
A purchase agreement and escrow documents will be prepared for the right of first refusal.  Upon notification that the ROFR has been waived, you will be invoiced for the winning bid.   Please note, Hilton Grand Vacation Club requires a copy of your photo ID, if you cannot furnish this information, please refrain from bidding.
