    Extra heavy duty, drop forged load binder made by Wallace Forge of Canton, Ohio, since 1942, a leading manufacturer of truck & trailer parts  The handle is 18 1/2" long, the hooks are large No. 8. There is some oxidation on this piece but all the parts move freely so that it is in good working order.
